Officially an addict as I keep coming back here. I have tried the fish and chips, Reuben, shepherds pie, and stew. All awesome! Gripes? Fish could be bigger serving because it’s that awesome, I want more of it. Shepherds pie is beef not lamb and makes my Irish blood quiver, but still delightful. The patio is awesome. I plan on exploring the menu more. My favorite place right now.

Son was doing an overnight visit at UNG so we hit this place. EVERYTHING we tried was OUTSTANDING! The sausage dip was GREAT and the fish and chips was EXCELLENT! The service was over the top. Ask for Tiffany's section and you'll be well taken care of. UPDATE: Returned April 2025... STILL AWESOME!!

Amazing burgers, onion rings, and dipping sauce. Probably one of the best places I’ve ever eaten. The best onion rings I’ve ever had, and the burger is among my top three all time. Casual and comfortable environment. Large selection of beer and affordable prices. I absolutely love this place. When return to Dahlonega I will definitely eat here again.

Located in a quaint little building, this is an amazing place for great food, as well as great service. We went on Sunday, and they had just launched a brunch menu. As my wife is a vegetarian, it was wonderful getting to go to a place where she had more of a choice than just a salad. Our waitress suggested The Fox Tail as a mocktail for my wife, and she and I both enjoyed the taste. Everything was just exceptional. We would absolutely come back again.

Found this place after a nice waterfall hike! Great food, great service and very dog-friendly! They were so kind and accommodating to our fur baby and made her a doggie chicken meal! My Grouper sandwich special was DELICIOUS and my husband’s Gold Miner burger was very good as well! GREAT beer battered onion rings too!!

Visited Dahlonega for Christmas and was pretty surprised at the sparse number of restaurants in the area. Couldn't get reservations anywhere nor could we walk in without a several hour wait. Luckily we visited Shenanigans early one day and got reservations. Cool environment, friendly and funny staff. Food was really good, loved the Irish flare. Four of us there and we all enjoyed this. Definitely recommend this place and if we visit again, we'll definitely pay them another visit.

The town was quite busy with the Bear in the Square Festival, with musicians all over the place, but the duo that sing and play acoustic guitar on the patio at Shenanigans Irish Pub is always our favorite. As for libation while enjoying the music, the Guiness is on tap and cold, and their reuben sandwiches are great. Staff is friendly, and even on busy weekend they handled everything beautifully..

Loved our personal fire table on the back deck. Had the veggie Reuben and fish & chips. Both were delicious. Typically very hard to find creative vegetarian options at a pub - but this was awesome. Service was top notch - engaging & prompt. 💯💯 recommend

Fantastic food, amazing service, and great atmosphere. If you're looking for a chill, low key atmosphere, this isn't for you, but this place is lively and great fun. We had burgers and the mussel appetizer, and holy sh*t, we are ALL still thinking about those mussels. The burgers were good too, don't get me wrong, but those mussels in the white wine sauce were to die for. We literally finished the meal going "if we died right now, we'd be telling the grim reaper it was worth it." Unsure why other reviews say the beer battered stuff was soggy, because ours was amazingly crispy. We also went on a Saturday night, so the place was packed but food came out quickly.

Oh, my stars wow, what a place what history? What a site. I don't go to Irish pubs or restaurants, but I thought I would take a leap of faith and try this one.. even though I didn't order the most popular dish or what you go therefore bangers and mash. I ordered a veggie Reuben that comes with fresh spinach, marinated sauerkraut, wild mushroom mix, Swiss cheese, and thousand island dressing on a toasted rye marble bread. Mind blowing incredibly delicious tons and tons of flavor you can taste the the flavors that they put in the fermented sauerkraut the seasonings they put in the mushroom mixture in the homemade thousand island dressing even if you are a meat lover you're going to love this sandwich. You will not miss the meat also ordered the black Angus patty melt the meat was thick and juicy. The seasoned caramelized onions were cooked perfectly. it was such a nice size sandwich only was able to eat half and it comes with homemade potato chips. What's not to love servicer was knowled...

I visit Dahlonega, Georgia several times a year to visit family. We actually did the "Chocolate Crawl" in the square this past time I visited and Shenanigans was listed on our "passport" to visit there and try a treat. They were handing out a taste of their peanut butter pie and it was delicious!!! I never ate there, so I can't give a review of their food, but everything look really good and the "vibe" there was awesome! Lots of fun, loved the inside! Everyone seemed very friendly!!!!
